Unacceptable Locations to Post This Sign: 
- Behind gates, fences, or landscaping that obstruct visibility
- Inside the building or away from the FDC
- On removable or temporary surfaces
- In areas blocked by parked vehicles, equipment, or storage
- Mounted too high, too low, or in poorly lit locations that reduce visibility
- On doors or panels that may be closed, concealing the sign
